Zoom Login Issues
Description: This Document can be used to help users with Login Issues for any the Scenarios below.

Logging into the Zoom Portal (Online)
- These are usually for Administrators who are looking to change office hours, change their voicemail pin, put in holidays, or change their voicemail online

Logging into the Zoom Phone Client on their Computer
- These are for users that use Zoom Phone on their Desktops

Logging into the Zoom Phone Client on their cell phone
- There are users who mainly use their cell phone to answer calls
A. Logging into the Zoom Portal (Online)
- Have the user login to capitalhealth-org.zoom.us

2. Press the “Sign In” button
3. Have the user login using their email address and their 18 character password that they use to login to the computer
B. Logging into the Zoom Phone Client on their Computer
1. Locate the “Zoom Workplace” application in the windows search box
2. Open the application

3. Click on the SSO Icon on the bottom of the screen.

4. In the Domain Section enter “capitalhealth-org”

5. Have the user login using their email address and their 18 character password that they use to login to the computer. 
C. Logging into the Zoom Phone Client on their Cell Phone
1. Make sure the user has the Zoom Workplace downloaded from either the Google App Store or the App Store
2. After downloading the application have the user open the application.
3. The on the login page click on the SSO “Key Icon”
4. In the Domain section have the user enter “capitalhealth-org”
5. They will be redirected to a browser where they will be prompted to login. Have the user login with their capitalhealth email and their password.
6. The users should be logged in from there.
